Tuition and Fees
Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 Children
Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 is the same rate for all families. There are no tuition adjustments for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4.
Elementary School (K to 8) Children of Our Lady of Mount Carmel
There is one tuition rate for all families. However, some families may qualify for a Tuition Adjustment. Such adjustments are at the discretion of OLMC’s Stewardship and Finance Committees. Families who do not initially qualify for a tuition subsidy, such as new families to the Parish, may be re-evaluated every quarter, upon request. Tuition Adjustments may be made anytime up to January 31st of the school year.
Tuition Adjustment Eligibility Minimal Requirements
To qualify for a Tuition Adjustment, a family must:
- Attend Sunday Mass regularly at OLMC.
- Use “parish envelopes” or automated giving with an average weekly contribution of at least $15.00.
- Participate actively in the school and the parish community as a whole.
2017-2018 Tuition Schedule
New families’ applications must be submitted with a $95.00 fee in order to be considered for enrollment. This fee is waived for returning families.
Students’ applications for the 2017-2018 school year are now being processed. OLMC’s rolling admission policy allows us to accept incoming students up to classroom capacity on a first-come first-served basis. Once a new student is accepted for the 2017-2018 academic year, a 5% deposit on tuition secures his or her enrollment. Prior to receipt of this deposit, a child’s seat is not guaranteed.
Classroom places are held for returning students through the end of March, by which time they are to commit to re-enrollment with a 5% deposit on tuition.

The following ADJUSTED School Tuition rates are available only for families that have been formally approved by the OLMC Stewardship Committee as having met the eligibility requirements above.
Families paying full tuition with a single payment may send their check to the School Office in an envelope marked “Tuition.” Please include your full name and telephone number on the envelope.
New Families who choose to pay tuition in installments must register with SMART Tuition. There are two, four, and ten payment plans available. SMART will add a one-time $36.00 application fee to your tuition for this service. Installment payments begin in June. Please complete the SMART Tuition Form at their website: www.enroll.smarttuition.com. When prompted for the School Code, type in 10686.
Returning Families who used SMART Tuition last year do not have to complete a new application. You will be automatically enrolled for the same plan for the 2017-2018 school year. If you no longer wish to use SMART Tuition’s payment plan and will be paying in full with a single payment, please contact the School Office.
